IT Support for University Park General Purpose Classrooms

Immediate assistance with any of the following problems:

  • To report problems with technology classroom equipment or if something is missing.
  • To determine whether servers, services, or networks are down.  Also, see the Penn State IT Alerts page.
  • To report a problem with servers, services, or networks.

If the classroom phone is not working or if there is no answer please let us know immediately at techclass@psu.edu.

If the hotline number is dialed wrong the call will sometimes forward to the IT Service Desk.  The IT Service Desk can redial to ensure connection to the hotline

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 11:30 PM

Sunday, 3 PM – 11:30 PM
